Weight Lost

Hi All,  It’s been a long time since I have visited the site.  Well I am happy to say as of October 16, 2011, I have lost 29 lbs.   ; ).  I am so happy…believe me it has been a long struggle to take off 29 lbs.  I have a long way to go to reach me goal weight 125 lbs.  I am putting my best foot forward and I am not looking back.  Hooray for me!!!

Losing weight is hard to do

Hello Everyone,

I am 48 years old female and I thought I would have a hard rock body by my birthday, May 12th, but I am still carrying a load.  I weigh 229 lbs. and my goal weight is 125 lbs. I am having a difficult time losing weight.  Everyday for the last two weeks, I am up and out of the house at 5:45 a.m. and I walk/jog for an hour.  And with all the huffing and puffing, I only lost 2 lbs.  I am somewhat disappointed, I thought I would have lost a lot more.

But I have decided not to give up.
